Call2Me is pay-as-you-go. No subscription. No minimum. You pay for the seconds the agent is actually talking.

Typical answered call (90 seconds, with telephony + recording on):
- $0.10 × 1.5 min = $0.15
- $0.05 × 1.5 min = $0.075
- $0.05 × 1.5 min = $0.075
- = $0.30 per call
Unanswered (ring, busy, no-answer): $0.
Chat widget rates
$0.01 per message. A message is one user input + one agent reply pair.
- 100 conversations × 6 messages = $6
- 1,000 conversations × 8 messages = $80
- 10,000 conversations × 10 messages = $1,000
What's included in voice base
The $0.10/min covers a lot:
- STT (Deepgram Nova-3 default; Whisper available)
- LLM (any model via OpenRouter — GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral)
- TTS (ElevenLabs / Cartesia / OpenAI — your pick)
- Knowledge Base retrieval (no per-query fee)

What changes pricing
The headline rates are stable. The two things that move:
- TTS engine choice — ElevenLabs Multilingual v2 is included but premium voices (custom-cloned) cost extra per minute. Confirmed in voice gallery.
- LLM model choice —
openrouter/autopicks the cheapest acceptable. Forcing GPT-4o for every call increases voice base slightly.
For most agents, the $0.10/min rate covers everything.
Volume discounts
For consistent volumes above ~50,000 minutes/month, contact us — we have negotiated rates with the underlying providers (Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Telnyx) that we can pass on.
