Copilot: run your account in plain language
The dashboard chat that operates the whole platform for you — create agents, check calls, buy numbers, read your balance — by calling the same API you use, with a confirmation step before anything that writes, deletes or pays.
Updated October 6, 2026
The copilot is the chat at the top of the dashboard sidebar. Ask in your own words — "which calls yesterday asked about prices?", "make a Spanish copy of my receptionist agent", "how much balance do I have?" — and it works it out against your account.
How it works
The copilot has the platform's API as its toolbox. For each request it decides which endpoints to call and calls them as you — with your own login — so it can see and change exactly what you can, nothing more.
| Kind of action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Read (list, get, search) | Runs immediately, answer in the chat |
| Write (create, update) | Shown as an action card — runs after you confirm |
| Destructive (delete, release a number) | Action card, confirm required |
| Payment (top-up, buy a number) | Action card, confirm required |
Cancelling a card discards the action. Confirming the same card again returns the stored result instead of repeating it.
Cost
Copilot messages are billed by the language-model tokens they use, at the normal LLM rates, and appear in your wallet history. Actions it runs are billed like the same action done by hand (a number purchase costs what a number costs).
API
Conversations live under /v1/copilot: POST /sessions,
GET /sessions, GET /sessions/{session_id},
POST /sessions/{session_id}/messages,
POST /actions/{action_id}/confirm and /cancel. Most integrations do not
need this — to drive Call2Me from your own AI assistant, use the
MCP server.
What's next
- MCP — the same capabilities for Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants
- Quickstart — first agent by hand
Frequently asked
Q.What can the copilot do?
Anything the API can do on your account: list and edit agents, look up calls and transcripts, build knowledge bases, start campaigns, buy numbers, check your wallet. It calls the API as you, with your permissions.
Q.Can it change things without asking?
No. Reading runs immediately. Every write, delete or payment becomes an action card you must confirm; nothing runs until you press confirm, and confirming twice never runs it twice.
Q.Does it cost anything?
Only the language-model tokens it uses, debited from your wallet like any other usage — typically a fraction of a cent per message.
